1. How do I make an appointment?
It's easy! Simply call or text me at 97724797 and we'll arrange a date and time that is good for you!
2. What is your operating hours?
One of the perks of going to a home-based nail salon is that you get the flexibility! My earliest appointment starts from 8am, and the last appointment at 10pm.
3. Can the deposit be deducted from the total bill or is it an additional charge in booking an appointment?
The deposit is in place for 1st time customers only. The amount of $20 will be deducted from your total bill thereafter. :)
4. How long in advance do I have to make an appointment?
Please do not hesitate to contact me even if it's a last minute appointment! I might just have an opening for you! Having said that, during peak periods like bridal season or Chinese New Year, it's better to book an appointment earlier (i.e. 1-2 weeks in advance).
5. Do you provide house calls?
I'm sorry but due to the sheer amount of nail products and equipment I require, I am currently unable to provide house calls services!
6. Can my husband/boyfriend/friend/sister/child come along?
Yes they can! I have a cosy place for them to relax and watch tv/read while they wait for you. :)
